Jog. Pose. Eat!

This is not one ordinary date for me and Joan.. After weeks of planning.. Finally.. Early morning jogging at Baywalk! Woke up.. dressed up, picked Joan up, and off we go to Baywalk! Another Great Sunday morning.. The long walk from my house to baywalk warmed us up.. ready to sweat our hearts out! And after that tiring jog back and fort the Baywalk stretch.. It's picture taking once again! Check these haliraious pictures! Hahahahahhaha!

The story doesn't end there.. Starving to death.. we then rushed to starbucks Bayview.. Lite breakfast lang muna cause it's only 9 am. Then off to Blue Wave, Stars and Stripes for a hearty meal! Seafood crazy.. we ordered Islang catch (a variety of breaded fried shrimp, squid, crab, fish with onion rings, corn and fries on the side) and the yummy Freshly grilled Salmon with Spinach! Edi na empacho nanaman ako.. so we had coffee at Gloria Jeans.. The day ended in front of Joan's gate.. and it was truly one of the most memorable dates we ever had!


Starbucks! Walang nag-volunteer to take our picture.. kaya pinatong nalang ang cellphone sa Condiments area!

Easy Like Sunday Morning..

Woke up smiling from a great saturday night sleep.. Singing "Easy" inside the shower at 5 a.m. in the morning getting ready for a Sunday like no other.. hahahahah! First stop.. XACOOP'S General Assembly! As I stepped into the G-Liner.. suddenly realized it wasn't going to be an easy sunday morning.. Have to endure half day of listening to endless debates.. and I was right.. it was a morning of debates for XACOOP's general assembly.. good thing my "butas na bulsa" was generously filled with 200 pesos after.. Loved Father Borja's Homily on encountering Jesus even on a Jeepney ride!  Had to laugh feeling guilty on not giving seats to lady passengers on MRT.. hahahaha! Anyway.. After that Gueling (please correct kung mali spelling) Activity.. Pit-stop.  Rushed to Ash Creek to meet with Joan and grabbed some Pizza from Jimini for the 1:30 PM Presenation of Stage FX's Jesus Christ Superstar featuring XSBUDDIES' Rachel (Best Actrees) De Vera.. The play was great! The students were very good.. and ofcourse.. Rachel stole the show! Wooohooo! We really enjoyed it! Whew.. Was sweating like a pig already.. feeling the summer heat.. it's time to prepare for a 6 PM engagement at the clubhouse of geenhills west.. It's my Niece's 1st Birthday.  Good thing Alem offered us hitch to the clubhouse (di kasi namin alam kung pano kami punta dun) thanks Alem! But it's only 4 PM.. too early.. they were still setting up the place and I'm already starving! (kulang na kulang yugn pizza).. Roel then drove us to greenhills where we had dimsum at Luk Yuen.. Yum! Luk Yuen is still the best.. No other dimsum house makes King Dao like Luk Yuen! hahahahah! Off to greenhills west again with my family.. Wow! we thought were still early at 7 pm.. but the place was already full.. hahahah! But haven't started eating yet (YES!) The party was cool.. Games.. Body glitters, Joan had her back glittered (inggit ako).. and ofcourse the babies were super cute that night (walang mga sumpong) hahahah! Well.. it wasn't an easy sunday but definitely a fun one!

That's the King Dao Noodle Soup.. My favorite since ages ago! Yum talaga! Namiss ko tuloy si lola cause she used to tret us here every Sunday.

Afternoon Chill! Fuzion style!

Tired of walking, window shopping around Glorieta.  Joan and I decided to have a sit.. somewhere not too crowded.. Greenbelt 3!  First.. we stayed under the tree beside the Greenbelt 3 Waterfall lanscape..  but we want something where we can relax.. where we can acutally remove our shoes and sleep.. heheheh.. we were pretty sleepy.. after that lunch at "Heaven and Eggs".  We then thought of the bed we saw at the third floor.. what's that bed for? all the while.. i thought it was for display only.. but it was actually for dining! cooool! we were hesitant to try it at first.. thought it was pretty awkward to be lying on a bad infront of passers-by.. but when we saw one family enjoying themselves on the bed with throw-pillows, drinking what look like typical fruit-shakes.. well.. why not.. we started ordering fruit shakes from Fuzion.   By the way.. The shake i had was super yummy! very very rich! Very berry good! Hahaha! Anyway.. at first we were not comfortable cause people were looking at us.. but then.. we loosened up by taking pictures from my phone.. heheheh! we had a lot of fun! a little change from the typical Weekend Dates.. February 18! Rushed to SM North EDSA to grab a bite of anything after a long trip from this job fair attended by Joan.  Imagine riding the bus from Pasay to North EDSA!  My stomach was already complaning.. and Joan won't let me buy fish crackers from the bus vendors.. So the rush to SM looked like an amazing race to look for something to eat.. unfortunately.. The mall was packed with people.. most of the fast-food restos are full.. So when I saw this cart store "Pita-pitaka" no second thoughts.. ordered right away!  Good thing it's yummy!  So yummy I even took Joan's share! hahahah!

Joan.. nagmamadaling kumain kasi pinag-iinitan ko na yung kinakain niya!
