We Really Miss You Lola!

February 5, 2006. Our Lola's 40th day after she passed the human world and joined God. Until now.. I am still mourning inside.. there are moments when I just burst into tears when I remember lola. The inspiration she gave to all us.. The love and care she shared.. Lola, we realy really really miss you.. You will always be in our hearts forever.

Euro Star Carnival!

Last Friday.. the tutees group had a gathering again.. (Kahit di kumpleto) at the Euro Star Carnival, The Fort! And one word to describe it! Awesome! The rides were out of this world.. The Flipper ride, looks like the typical octopus ride, my head almost detached from my neck.. speed up every second and will really really make you dizzy and warning to those with poor stomach.. masusuka ka talaga! Booster ride, hands up to this ride.. consider myself a daredevil but seriously.. you can only handle this one one-time a day.. don't ever ever do this ride after eating! this ride will turn you upside down left to right.. at the speed of light! My eyes dropped after this ride. Needed a good 10 minutes rest to compose myself before running for the queue on our next ride. Joker Ride, Da best ride in the world! Pretty scary at first cause this is the highest point you can get inside the carnival.. higher than the giant wheel! But unlike the other rides that will make you vomit your intestines out.. this ride is actually very very enoyable! this one turns you from ground to a high of 10 stories (i think) with speed of 4kph.. your feet hanging on nothing.. great ride! Of course there's the Giant Wheel (mas mataas kesa enchanted), the Ranger (under maintainance bad trip!), Kiddie ride like the Carousel, mini flying fiest, mini anchors away, Bump car (super enjoyed this one.. as usual), and oh.. they also have their own version of Log Jam.. but it's not that high! Overall the experience was fun! Specially because I am with my tutees, siblings, new found friends! Entrance PHP 400.00 with PHP 50 food stub. Don't forget to try Sarbet's Chili Dog! yum yum yum!

Since it's February.. "The Love Month". I just want to share this picture shot during one of my trips to enchanted kingdom. The 3-day CAMP@APPLE seminar turned me apple-crazy! Never been this excited on a computer system before.. considering my thought that all pcs are the same.. But Mac is a totally different story. Aside from of-course it's a whole new operating system. It offers a lot.. specially for someone who's so into technology like me.. I admit.. I am starting to get tired of using the computer.. imagine using pc everyday, restarting 20 times or so (this is not exaggerated).. Life with a PC was hell.. but i survived. The moment Apple Computers handed me this I-book which i have been using for a good two weeks.. waaaahhh.. My life has changed.. Work, Home, Surfing the net, watching DVD, editing phots, editing videos.. Mac offered me what probably a PC running Windows could offer, but could never compare when it comes to effieciency and reliability. Mac Rules! So what are you waiting for! Grab an apple now! I-book retail price only at PHP 68,000.00 as of Feb 2006.

Mac I-book G4. The smaller one is what I have been using.. Super cool.. compact.. and is faster than my P4 2.3GHZ w/ 512 memory. Probably because of the O.S. hahahahha!

Last Sunday was Lola's 40th day. The whole family went to everest to offer our prayers to Lola and Lolo, and had a simple dinner at the store. After that hearty meal.. We (magpipinsans) decided to have some bit of fun.. and as usual.. we all agreed to play with the camera.. It was hilarious! Just take a look at the pictures.. hahahahha!

Last night.. Tita Cindy decided to treat all of us magpipinsan to dinner.. BANGUS Carpark Greenhills.. I was excited cause the last time I ate here was like 10 years ago pa.. Tita Cindy told us Lola wa supposed to treat us here.. Hay.. We really really miss Lola.. anyway.. the food was great.. authentic Filipino food.. Don't miss their Lambingan sa Banka - A variety of famous filipino dishes stuffed in a banka like platter.. PHP 650! And of-course their Relienong manok! yum yum yum!

Gusto namin sanang uwiin yang sail ng banka.. kaso di pwede kaya.. picture nalang! hahaha!
